Concrete Pump Truck Basic Maintenance Manual
The working environment of concrete pump trucks is very harsh, and regular and correct maintenance is very important to ensure the efficiency and reliability of the equipment, as well as a long working life. In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and not to miss the construction, the operator is required to check and maintain diligently before and during the construction.
Daily maintenance
Check the hydraulic oil level, keep in the oil level gauge 3/4 above, otherwise should be refilled with the same grade of clean hydraulic oil, it is recommended to use the filtering accuracy of 20 ude filtering device to clean the hydraulic oil.
Check the oil quality: shut down, 30 minutes later, with a clean measuring cup to receive 0.5L of oil, such as oil highly contaminated or emulsification phenomenon, or after a few hours of standing, the bottom of the precipitation, you should immediately change the oil.
Remove the tank cover and check the concrete piston, it should be sealed well without mortar penetrating into the tank.
Check the gap between the cutting ring and the spectacle plate.
After each use and thorough cleaning, check the condition of the wear parts, when the local clearance between the spectacle plate and the cutting ring is greater than 1mm, it should be adjusted. Gap adjustment should be made; when the gap is greater than 2MM, it is recommended to replace the cutting ring.
Check the working condition of the lubrication system, and the lubrication points such as the S pipe swing arm bearing position and the mixing shaft bearing position are overflowing. Manual lubrication points should be filled with grease every shift, see product lubrication labelling.
Check whether the distribution valve swing, mixing device forward and reverse rotation is normal action.
(Switch on the machine for inspection and switch off the machine after inspection. Then carry out other items of maintenance work). Check the outside of the cooler, if there is dirt immediately clean, otherwise it is easy to cause the oil temperature overheating.
Check the hydraulic filter vacuum gauge just, should be in the green area (vacuum is strictly prohibited more than 0.04Mpa). General suction oil vacuum should be less than 0.02Mpa. return oil pressure vacuum indicated value should be less than 0.35Mpa.
Check the wear degree of the concrete pipe by knocking, and check whether the pipeline joints are well sealed.
Check whether the hydraulic system has oil leakage, oil seepage and water leakage.
Maintenance of chassis
(1) The engine should be replaced after the first 50 hours of use, while replacing the oil filter and diesel oil filter, and cleaning the diesel oil filter and air filter. After every 250 hours to replace. Normally the oil level is insufficient to add, you must use the same grade and type of oil that meets the requirements.
(2) pump truck work, every 10 hours or once a day to check the oil level, such as the amount should be injected in a timely manner; (3) pick-up truck work, every 10 hours or once a day to check the oil level, such as the amount should be injected in a timely manner.
(3) The gear oil of the power take-off splitter box should be replaced after 200 hours of use of the pump truck, and each subsequent oil change should be carried out at intervals of 1,000 hours (or half a year), and the grease in the bearings of the power take-off splitter box should be refilled at intervals of 1,000 hours.
Pumping part maintenance
(1)Check the oil quality and oil level of hydraulic oil every 8 hours when the pump is working, supplement and replace if necessary, the newly added hydraulic oil must be the same as the oil in the oil tank, the hydraulic oil injected into the pump when it leaves the factory is Esso H46.Generally, pumping 20,000 cubic metres of concrete or using it for half a year should be a thorough replacement of the oil, and the tank must be cleaned when replacing the oil and oil drainage treatment of the oil tanks of various parts; (2)Pumping part maintenance.
(2)Check the oil level of the lubricant every 8 hours when the pump is working, and it is recommended to use 00# non-extreme pressure type semi-fluid lithium grease, and there should be lubricant overflowing from the concrete cylinder connecting with the water tank, the S pipe size bearing seat, and the mixing end seat when the concrete is being pumped; (3) The pump should replace the oil thoroughly when pumping 20000 cubic metres of concrete or using it for half a year.
(3) The pump truck should adjust the gap between the spectacle plate and cutting ring after pumping 3000 square metres, and replace it immediately if it is seriously worn. Check the concrete live should be sealed well, no mortar seepage into the water tank.
(4)The pump truck should check the wear condition of S pipe and S pipe bearing position after 500 hours of use, and replace the bushing and taper sleeve if necessary.
(5) Check the pump truck's suction filter vacuum gauge indication, such as the position of the vacuum gauge pointer reaches the red area (i.e., more than 0.04Mpa) must replace the filter element.
(6) must check each system at the start-up, see whether the system pressure is normal, check whether the hydraulic system is leaking.
Maintenance of jib upper mounting
(1) The gear oil in the rotary reducer of the rotary table must be replaced after 100 hours of the first use of the pump truck, and each subsequent oil change should be carried out at an interval of 1000 hours (or half a year), and it is recommended to use the grade of South China Sea 85W-90 heavy-duty gear oil, with a filling volume of 8 litres; (2) The boom, outriggers and gears must be replaced after the first use of the pump truck; (3) The gear oil in the gear oil must be replaced after the first use of the pump truck.
(2) The lubrication of the articulation of the arm and the outrigger, the bearing of the slewing ring and the oil nozzle of the shaft end of the slewing reduction gear should be inspected and injected with oil every 60 hours, and the lubricating grease used should be 3# calcium-based grease.
(3) In order to minimise hazards and failures when pumping concrete, it is necessary to use the correct pipe diameter and thickness, the correct pipe clamps, and safety locks.
(4) To even out wear and give the delivery pipe a longer life, rotate the pipe periodically: for every approximately 5,000 cubic metres poured
