Spectacle plate and cutting ring is a kind of wearing parts used with concrete machinery and equipment such as tractor pump, pump truck and truck-mounted pump. Mixed soil in the conveying process, cutting ring and spectacle plate due to feeding and feeding back and forth alternately running between the two delivery holes, spectacle plate and cutting ring interaction, will produce frequent impact, so it needs to be replaced often, how to correctly replace the spectacle plate cutting ring?

1.Replacement of cutting ring:If there is serious slurry leakage when pumping concrete, which affects the normal operation, you should consider replacing the cutting ring.
a. Turn off the diesel engine, cut off the total power supply, release the accumulator pressure, take out the hopper screen.
b. After removing the stopper of the bolt, loosen the nut by 20mm, please don't loosen it too much, otherwise when the S-pipe goes backward, the S-pipe bushing (outlet side) will exit from the dust ring in the bearing seat, which will damage the seals, seal the slurry and affect the service life of the S-pipe.
c. Loosen the nut and remove the discharge port.
d. Pry the S-pipe towards the outlet. Make the gap between the cutting ring and the spectacle plate reach about 20mm and remove the cutting ring.
e. Check whether the rubber spring is worn out, if it is damaged, please replace it at the same time.
f. Install the new cutting ring.

2. Replacement of spectacle plate.
a. Repeat the process of replacing the cutting ring.
b. Unscrew all the mounting bolts of the spectacle plate separately.
c. Remove the spectacle plate with a slight vibration.
d. Install the new spectacle plate and tighten the mounting bolts of the spectacle plate respectively.
Note: Excessive wear and tear of the cutting ring can easily cause slurry leakage or pipe blockage, which should be replaced with new parts as soon as possible to avoid damage to the cutting ring.
