Concrete pump truck basic maintenance manual

The working environment of concrete pump truck is very bad, regular and correct maintenance is very important to ensure the efficiency, reliability and long working life of the equipment. In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and not to miss the construction, the operator is required to check and maintain frequently before and during the construction.
Daily maintenance
Check the hydraulic oil level and keep it above 3/4 of the oil level gauge. Otherwise, clean hydraulic oil of the same brand should be filled. It is recommended to use a filter device with a filter accuracy of 20ude to clean the hydraulic oil.
Check the oil quality: stop the machine, after 30 minutes, connect 0.5L oil with a clean measuring cup. If the oil is highly polluted or emulsified, or if there is precipitation at the bottom after standing for several hours, the oil should be changed immediately.
Remove the cover plate of the water tank, check the concrete piston, it should be well sealed, no mortar into the water tank.
Check the clearance between the cutting ring and the eyeglass plate.
After each use, after thorough cleaning, check the condition of the wear parts. When the local gap between the glasses plate and the cutting ring is greater than 1mm, it should be adjusted. The gap should be adjusted; when the gap is greater than 2MM, it is recommended to replace the cutting ring.
Check the working condition of the lubrication system. The lubrication points such as the S-tube swing arm bearing position and the stirring shaft bearing position overflow. Each shift of manual lubrication point should be filled with grease, see the product lubrication label.
Check whether the swing of the distribution valve and the positive and negative rotation of the mixing device operate normally.
(Start-up inspection, shut down after inspection, and then carry out maintenance work of other projects). Check the outside of the cooler, if there is dirt, clean it immediately, otherwise it is easy to cause the oil temperature to overheat.
Check the vacuum gauge of the hydraulic filter, it should be in the green area (the vacuum degree is strictly prohibited to exceed 0.04Mpa). General oil suction vacuum should be less than 0.02Mpa. Return oil pressure vacuum value should be less than 0.35Mpa.
Percussion shall be used to check the wear degree of concrete pipe and check whether each pipe joint is well sealed.
Check the hydraulic system for oil leakage, oil leakage and water leakage.
Chassis part maintenance
(1) The engine oil should be replaced after 50 hours of first use, and the oil filter and diesel fine filter should be replaced at the same time, and the diesel coarse filter and air filter should be cleaned. Replace it every 250 hours. When the oil level is insufficient and needs to be added at ordinary times, the same brand and model of oil that meets the requirements must be used;
(2) When the pump truck is working, check the oil level every 10 hours or once a day, and inject it in time if it is insufficient;
(3) The gear oil of the power take-off transfer case should be replaced after 200 hours of use of the pump truck, and each subsequent oil change should be carried out at intervals of 1000 hours (or half a year). The butter in the power take-off transfer case bearing should be filled every 1000 hours.
Pumping part maintenance
(1) When the pump truck is working, check the oil quality and oil level of the hydraulic oil every 8 hours, and supplement and replace it if necessary. The newly added hydraulic oil must be consistent with the oil brand in the oil tank. The hydraulic oil filled by the pump truck is Esso H46. General pumping 20000 cubic meters of concrete or use half a year should be completely replaced once oil, oil must be cleaned when changing the oil tank, and the various parts of the oil cylinder for oil discharge treatment;
(2) Check the oil level of lubricating oil every 8 hours when the pump truck is working. It is recommended to use 00# non-extreme pressure semi-fluid lithium base grease. When pumping, the concrete cylinder should be connected to the water tank, the S-tube size bearing seat and the stirring end seat. Lubricating oil should overflow;
(3) The pump truck should adjust the gap between the glasses plate and the cutting ring after pumping the 3000, and replace it immediately if the wear is serious. Check that the concrete shall be well sealed and no mortar shall penetrate into the water tank;
(4) After 500 hours of use, the pump truck should check the S tube and the S tube bearing position for wear, and replace the shaft sleeve and taper sleeve if necessary;
(5) Check the vacuum gauge indication of the suction filter of the pump truck. If the position of the vacuum gauge pointer reaches the red area (that is, more than 0.04Mpa), the filter element must be replaced;
(6) When starting up, each system must be checked to see if the system pressure is normal and check whether the hydraulic system is leaking.
Boom loading and maintenance
(1) The gear oil in the rotary reducer of the turntable shall be completely replaced after 100 hours of first use of the pump truck, and then each oil change shall be carried out at an interval of 1000 hours (or half a year). The recommended brand is Nanhai 85W-90 heavy-duty gear oil with a filling amount of 8 liters;
(2) The lubrication of the arm frame, each hinge of the outrigger, the bearing of the large rotary gear ring and the grease nipple at the shaft end of the rotary reduction gear shall be checked and oiled every 60 working hours. The lubricating grease used is 3# calcium-based grease;
(3) In order to reduce the danger and failure of pumping concrete, it is necessary to use the correct pipe diameter and thickness of the delivery pipe, the correct pipe clamp and safety lock.
(4) In order to make the wear uniform and make the life of the conveying pipe longer, the conveying pipe can be rotated regularly: every pouring is about 5000 square meters, the straight pipe is turned 120 degrees clockwise, and the elbow is turned 180 degrees;
(5) After working for a period of time, the pump truck should carefully check the welds of the rotary table, boom and outrigger. If there is a weld crack, contact our company immediately and handle it properly.
(6) The entire pump truck shall be cleaned after the concrete pumping work is completed, and the residual concrete in the conveying pipe is strictly prohibited;
(7) Special warning: In order to ensure the safety of the equipment, the front end of the pump truck is only allowed to connect 4 meters of hose, and no other pipes are allowed.
